1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gfg66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the gfg66 website located at gfg66.app and all associated services, games, features, and promotions offered through it (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using any portion of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction;

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The gfg66 Platform is intended solely for adults. The minimum age to register and use the Platform is 18 years. This restriction applies without exception.

2.1 Age Verification

gfg66 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request — will have their accounts suspended pending resolution.

2.2 Under-Age Access

If gfg66 discovers, at any point, that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. Any and all funds deposited by an under-age player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically and legally feasible, minus any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated from under-age play will be forfeited in full. gfg66 actively cooperates with parental control services and encourages guardians to use appropriate filtering software.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. gfg66 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations other than Bangladesh. Access from restricted territories may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of gfg66 services, players must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly limited to one registered account on the gfg66 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be void. gfg66 reserves the right to permanently ban players who repeatedly attempt to circumvent this rule.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gfg66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gfg66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gfg66 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gfg66 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and select bank transfer options via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your gfg66 account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• gfg66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside gfg66's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed on the bonus-associated balance.
• gfg66 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, BST). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.
• gfg66 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳10,000.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gfg66 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. Any player found to be using the Platform to launder funds, to circumvent financial regulations, or to process transactions on behalf of third parties will have their account immediately suspended. All relevant information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a stated validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. gfg66 is not obligated to issue reminders before a promotion expires.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

gfg66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and accepted the associated bonus will have their existing wagering requirements honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, to the extent reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the gfg66 Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game type and the general principles outlined in this section.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on gfg66 are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Failures

Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at gfg66's sole discretion. gfg66 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the player's end, including device failure, browser crash, or internet disconnection.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market before a wager is placed. gfg66 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gfg66 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes;
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus exploitation;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed primarily to extract value from promotions rather than genuine play;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or design;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gfg66 staff through any communication channel;
• Sharing your account with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players through any means.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by gfg66

gfg66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that: the account holder has violated these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; the account has been used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming principles; or regulatory requirements necessitate it.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure, after deduction of pending bonus obligations, will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, gfg66 will send a notification to the registered email address. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. The remaining balance, if any, will be preserved for a further 24-month period before any further action is taken.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, gfg66's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall gfg66's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gfg66 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email notification to the address on file. The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 8.2 above. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law to the extent not in conflict with the Platform's operational framework. gfg66 operates its services with the aim of full compliance with applicable regulations in the markets it serves.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, you should first contact gfg66's customer support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information. gfg66's server logs and transaction records shall constitute the primary evidentiary record in any dispute resolution process.

12.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with gfg66's response to your complaint after completing the internal dispute resolution process described above, you may seek further redress through appropriate external channels available in your jurisdiction. gfg66 will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate external review process.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific bonus or game terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gfg66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
